These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the RIAD QUEENIE™ website and reservations made through it. By using this website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
About RIAD QUEENIE™
RIAD QUEENIE™ is a privately owned riad located at 16 Derb El Hammam, Bab Aylan, Marrakech, Morocco.
The property is jointly owned by:
Sholayide Villegoureix
and
Alexandre Villegoureix
RIAD QUEENIE™ is managed and operated by Sholayide Otugalu.

Reservations & Stays
RIAD QUEENIE™ is offered exclusively as a private-home stay, with the entire riad and all five suites reserved together.
Reservations are subject to the rates, minimum-stay requirements, payment terms, cancellation policy, security deposit and other booking conditions displayed at the time of reservation.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information and for complying with the House Rules communicated before or during their stay.
Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Outside visitors are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance as part of an authorized private event or arrangement.
Private events, celebrations, professional photography and commercial filming require prior written approval and may be subject to separate terms and fees.
Cancellations & Changes
The cancellation and amendment policy applicable to each reservation will be displayed before the booking is confirmed.
Refunds, cancellations, date changes and no-shows will be handled according to the conditions attached to the reservation, subject to applicable law.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to treat RIAD QUEENIE™, its furnishings and amenities with reasonable care and to respect staff, neighboring residents and the surrounding community.
The Lead Guest may be held responsible for damage, loss or extraordinary cleaning caused by members of their party beyond normal wear and tear.
Smoking is prohibited inside the riad and is permitted only in designated rooftop areas. Pets are not accommodated.
Guests use the pool, jacuzzi, hammam, Fitness Corner and other recreational amenities responsibly and should follow all safety guidance provided.
Third-Party Services
RIAD QUEENIE™ may assist guests in arranging services and experiences provided by independent third parties, including airport transfers, excursions, guides and wellness treatments.
Third-party services may be subject to their own availability, terms, cancellation policies and charges.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated or subject to third-party rights, the ‘RIAD QUEENIE’ name, logo, visual identity, website text, graphics and original brand materials are owned by Sholayide Otugalu.
The jointly owned real property known as RIAD QUEENIE™ and the intellectual property associated with the RIAD QUEENIE™ brand are separate assets.
No RIAD QUEENIE™ brand material may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the intellectual-property owner.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information, photography, descriptions and rates displayed on the website are accurate. Furnishings, decorative details and other non-material elements may occasionally change.
RIAD QUEENIE™ is not responsible for temporary website interruptions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy
Personal information collected through the website or reservation process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law.
