BOOKING & RESERVATIONS

  • No. Riad Queenie is offered exclusively as a private-home stay, with the entire riad and all five suites reserved together for you and your guests.

  • Riad Queenie typically requires a three-night minimum stay. Minimum-stay requirements may vary depending on the season and selected dates and will be displayed when checking availability.

  • The cancellation policy applicable to your selected dates and rate will be displayed before booking and included in your reservation confirmation.

  • Yes. A security deposit is collected at the time of booking to cover any potential damage to the property and is released following a successful checkout and property inspection. The applicable deposit amount and terms will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

  • Check-in and check-out times will be provided during the reservation process and confirmed again prior to arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and is subject to availability.

  • Riad Queenie is a traditional multi-level property, with several areas connected by stairs. Guests with limited mobility are encouraged to contact the riad before booking so the layout and suitability of the property can be discussed in advance.

SERVICES & AMENITIES

  • Yes. Private housekeeping is provided during your stay to keep the riad comfortable and beautifully maintained. Optional daily breakfast preparation can also be arranged for an additional fee.

  • Private dining arrangements may be available upon request, and guests are encouraged to inquire in advance about special meals, dietary requirements or private dining.

  • Guests enjoy private access to the heated courtyard pool, hammam and massage room, Fitness Corner, rooftop jacuzzi and sundeck, Tiki Bar & BBQ, fire-pit lounge and Beldi-inspired tent.

  • Yes. The Fitness Corner is available for personal use and is equipped for light cardio, movement and strength training. Guests use the equipment at their own risk and are asked to follow all provided safety guidance and house rules.

  • Yes. Professional hammam treatments, massages and other wellness services may be arranged upon request and are subject to availability and additional fees.

  • Yes. Private airport transfers can be arranged upon request. Guests are encouraged to share their arrival details in advance so transportation can be coordinated as smoothly as possible.

EXPERIENCES & SPECIAL OCCASIONS

  • Yes. Selected experiences and recommendations can be arranged upon request, including Medina discoveries, hot-air balloon rides, Agafay Desert adventures and day trips to the Atlas Mountains or Essaouira.

  • Private events, photoshoots and larger gatherings require special approval in advance and cannot be booked through the standard reservation process. Please contact Riad Queenie directly to discuss availability, requirements and any applicable conditions or fees.

  • Whenever possible. Dietary requirements, celebrations, arrival arrangements and other stay-related requests can be shared with the team prior to arrival so appropriate arrangements can be made.

HOUSE RULES

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the rooftop and is not permitted anywhere inside the riad. Full smoking guidelines and designated areas are outlined in the house rules provided with your reservation.

  • As much as we love pets, Riad Queenie is unable to accommodate them.

  • No. For the privacy, comfort and security of registered guests, visitors who are not included in the reservation are not permitted on the property unless specifically approved in advance as part of an authorized private event.
